About Ines

I'm a children's book writer represented by the amazing Taj McCoy of Rees Literary Agency. I feel like my story began in the 70's. That's when my grandparents came to the U.S. from El Salvador and Puerto Rico with their children in tow. They wanted a chance at a better life. They wanted us to be able to realize our dreams, whatever they may be. Writing is mine.

I'm a Fall baby, living on Long Island with my daughter and our scaredy-cat dog Rocky.

When I'm not writing, I'm feeling guilty about not writing. And when that's not the case, you'll probably find me shopping online for quirky earrings and more books.
